The ability to repair and rebuild is a crucial element of any relationship, including the one you have with yourself. No matter how difficult things may feel, it’s never too late to start the healing process and repair what feels broken.

Recognizing the complexity of relationships, I provide specialized support for couples facing challenges, whether they are on the brink of divorce, recovering from an affair, or dealing with communication breakdowns. My compassionate yet direct approach focuses on identifying patterns and processes within relationships, helping couples make meaningful and lasting changes. I collaborate with both partners to develop strategies that repair and strengthen their bond, fostering healthier and more resilient connections.

I also guide new parents through the pressures of parenthood, offering support for managing differences in parenting styles, coping with sleep deprivation, and addressing communication issues. My goal is to help parents maintain their well-being while nurturing their child’s growth, ensuring both partners feel supported.

In addition to new parent adjustment, I offer premarital counseling, perinatal mental health support, and work with families, couples, and individuals navigating significant life transitions. I help my clients identify potential areas of conflict and develop the skills necessary for effective communication, equipping them to build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I combine my academic knowledge with genuine curiosity to create a therapeutic environment that fosters growth, healing, and positive change. I am committed to tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. I am under direction of Charlie Luther, LPC and supervision of Allison O'Brien LMFT.
